Description
Manage external diagnostic services and medical equipment to ensure seamless integration into the ONOT ecosystem.
Duties
- Coordinate and secure precise appointments for in-centre laboratory tests and complex radiological investigations (MRI, CT, Biopsies) with partner facilities.
- Manage the logistical dispatch of home phlebotomists on strict schedules.
- Track the ETA of diagnostic reports, enforce vendor SLAs, and securely upload results to the digital Vault immediately upon receipt.
- Accompany VIP clients to diagnostic centres to physically govern their transit and ensure they bypass general waiting rooms.
- Audit the strict “Chain of Custody” for biological samples from the patient’s home to the external lab to prevent degradation or rejection.
- Coordinate the sourcing, delivery, and setup of Home Medical Equipment (HME).
Availability
Must be available for on-call duty and potential night/weekend shifts to manage cases and be highly proactive anticipating equipment needs and diagnostic delays before they happen. Requires a high-pressure, fast-paced logistics mindset.
Requirements
- Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Biomedical and Allied Health Sciences (Medical Laboratory Science / Radiography), Healthcare Administration, or Logistics.
- Experience: 2+ years in healthcare operations, radiography, laboratory science, or medical equipment coordination.
- Mindset: A high-pressure, fast-paced logistical thinker who anticipates delays before they happen.
- Communication: A firm, assertive communication style capable of holding third-party vendors accountable to our elite standards.
