Description
Manages cross-border logistics to ensure zero-delay travel. Responsibilities include securing medical visas, booking air ambulances, and ensuring “Fit-to-Fly” paperwork is complete and accurate.
Duties
- Book flights, accommodations, and hospital appointments.
- Handle visa and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with travel agents and hospitals.
- Provide itinerary and support materials.
- Track client progress and feedback.
Availability
- Must be prepared to work flexible hours to align with international partners and client time zones (e.g., early mornings or late evenings).
- May require occasional overtime to finalize travel and clinical bookings.
Requirements
- Degree in Travel Management, Health Services, or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years in travel coordination or medical tourism.
- Strong administrative and tech skills.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus.
